V   Cookies, brownies and squares (minimum of three)

  1. Rolled Cookie

  3. Drop – other than above
  4. Shortbread
  5. Brownies, not iced (2” square pieces)
  6. Square, iced or not iced (2” square pieces)

VI   Cake (Judged on taste and appearance)

  1. Chocolate
  2. White
  3. Open

VII   Pastry

  1. Single crust pie (may not include store bought pastry product)
  2. Double crust pie (may not include store bought pastry product)
  3. Tarts (may not include store bought pastry product)
  4. Open (e.g. ethnic) (may include store bought pastry product)

VIII  Confectionary

  1. Fudge (3 1” pieces)
  2. Brittle candy, Toffee, Taffy, Hard candy, etc (3 pieces)
  3. Snack food, Candied Nuts, Poppycock, Nuts & Bolts, etc (1 cup)
  4. Open, other than above (3 pieces)

IX  Preserves
