Chili Cook-off

There is no registration fee for this event.

Official judging will take place using a blind tasting process. Judges will chose the best chili submission based on the color, aroma, taste and texture. Prize will be awarded to the winner.

CONTEST RULES

  1. Chili submissions must be made from your own recipe and a list of ingredients is required

  2. Chili submissions are to be submitted “ready to eat”

  3. Contestants are responsible for maintaining the proper temperature of their submission prior to serving
